Tips For Driving in Heavy Rain

By: Admin

With the heavy rains that we are having, please remember the following:
Don’t drive with your flashers on as that is against the law.
Be careful about hydro planing so slow down. If you start to hydroplane don’t hit your brakes just take your foot off the accelerator and wait until the tires contact the road again
Don’t use your cruise control as it can cause sudden acceleration if your car starts to hydroplane and may cause you to lose control.
Don’t use your hi-beams as it can cause impaired vision and is similar to driving in fog and it can blind oncoming drivers.
If you don’t feel comfortable with the conditions pull way off to the right side of the road and wait until the heaviest rains stop, which in Florida may only be a matter of minutes.

Mr. Wieland is an excellent attorney who is compassionate and ethical. He is respected by his clients and his peers. He is an attorney who actually returns his clients’ telephone calls, which if you have been associated with other attorneys, you know this is rare. He answers all my questions no matter how long it takes. He is truly concerned about his clients.

I was looking for an Orlando Workers’ Comp attorney to represent me in a workers compensation case and Al Hilado was recommended by a family member. Mr. Hilado is very professional and knowledgeable in this area of law. Mr. Hilado explained everything to me and would not end a meeting until he felt I understood what was happening or had happened. I was very happy with the way he handled my case. He explained everything to me and did not try to push me in any direction as far as when I had to make decisions. Whenever I had a question, Al was a phone call away. He returned my calls and emails very quickly. His staff is extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend Al Hilado to anyone who is injured at work and needs workers’ comp assistance.
