Premises liability cases can be very complex and difficult – just because you are injured on someone's property does not mean the owner is always responsible. Negligence has to be established first. Plus, though a property owner may ultimately be responsible for your medical expenses and lost wages, the owner has no obligation to pay your expenses as they are incurred.
