Slip & Fall Accidents July 22, 2009
If you are involved in a slip/fall accident or otherwise known as a premises liability accident, please contact our office as soon as possible. It is very important to obtain photographs, if possible, of the area in which you fall, as soon as possible after the accident. Do not provide any recorded statements to any insurance representatives until you speak with us here at Wieland, Hilado & DeLattre. Also, if your clothes are stained from the substance that caused your fall, please try to keep your clothes in the condition they were in at the time of your fall.
