When you find yourself in an accident don’t let panic get the best of you. First things first, call 911 and get medical help for yourself and anyone else who is injured. Make sure to let the 911 operator know the location of the accident so they can ensure that they are sending the ambulance and police to the correct area with no delays.

When speaking to medical providers at the scene of the accident, speak to all of your injuries no matter how minor. Some injuries get worse over time. You do  not want anyone saying that you did not sustain an injury in the accident because you did not tell anyone about it.

If possible, you should take photos of the accident scene. Majority of cell phones nowadays have cameras and some have video capability.

When someone does such a phenomenal a job as Al has done for us,it’s hard to find the right words to thank him and his office for all the work that was done in our case. We would not have gotten anywhere without his knowledge and help. Until we actually saw all of the “HOMEWORK” that Al did,we had no idea how much work that had been put into our case. 5 stars for Al and his team for the excellent work in delivering a fair and just settlement.

Words cannot express the professionalism you and your staff had given us in our time of need. I’m a retired law enforcement officer who was injured in the line of duty. I’m very pleased with the performance, support, professionalism and determination throughout my case. Everyone was quick to respond to my questions, available during times that most would consider after hours and always patient in explaining the details and developments of my case.
