Deadly car accident in Clermont

By: Admin

A multi-car pile up on Hwy 27 sends one man to his grave and others to the hospital. The accident was caused by a 21 year old who did not see all the cars stopped at a red light and slammed into the rear of the stopped vehicles with enough force to send the person in the 4th car to the hospital. No reason was given why he did not see the stopped cars or the red light. Could it be a distracted driver from a cell phone? At Wieland, Hilado & DeLattre we see many car accidents caused by “distracted” drivers. Cell phones are fast becoming the number one cause of car and truck accidents. Punitive damages may be available to those injured by drivers causing accidents while using their cell phones. Call us for a FREE consultation. 407-841-7699

I do not think I can find enough proper words to accurately convey my eternal gratitude for all your hard work, kindness and understanding during my daughters workers’ compensation case.  “Thank You” seems like it is not enough to convey my respect and appreciation I have for you. Thanks for having such a great staff, which shows why you all are the best.

I can’t thank you enough for all you have done to help Kim and I through all the suffering and hard times. Thank you for being there and helping me with all my emotions. I have learned a lot from you and will dearly miss talking to you. You are a strong and brilliant person and know “the law.” I’m so happy we had you on our side for all those years (2003-2016). I will never forget you. God bless you and we will pass on more clients to you.
